A submitted form is to collect data to arrange an appointment only. This will include your e-mail address, name and telephone number and therefore has been provided to us by you the user.

As a full member of Federation of Holistic Therapists I abide by the FHT code of practise Code of Conduct and Professional Practice I collect potentially sensitive health data via a consultation form’ this is confidential and only used to identify and be informative to adapt the treatment accordingly it also requires client consent and declaration signature.
Under 16 years of age – Parent or guardian must be present or in the same household. No client under the age of 16 will receive a treatment without a parent or guardian’s consent.
The website host WIX automatically adds cookies to run its service which may include, analytical and statistical tools that monitor details of your visit to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data (but this data will not identify you personally).
